My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. I expected a proper hotel experience, but it felt more like a hostel with hotel prices. The room was freezing without any heaters, and the internet connection was unreliable. The staff at the front desk were nice, but I was frustrated that the manager refused to address our issues. Breakfast was slow and far from enjoyable. If you're looking for a budget stay, you might find better options elsewhere.
